Description:
Windows 11 22631.2199 is a preview build of the upcoming Windows 11 operating system that was released to the Beta Channel of the Windows Insider program on August 18, 2023. It introduces some new features and improvements, such as:

• Native support for reading additional archive file formats, such as .tar, .rar, .7z, and more.
• A new preview of files in the Start menu that shows a different thumbnail instead of a blank page for files that do not have rich thumbnail previews.
• A new option to turn on never combined mode on the taskbar, which allows you to ungroup and show labels for apps.
• A change in the default verbosity level of Narrator, which will now announce the immediate context name and type of the focused control.
• A fix for typing Traditional Chinese characters with Narrator by adding a Traditional Chinese dictionary for detailed reading.
• A fix for the End Task feature on the taskbar, which no longer requires Developer Mode to be enabled first.

Windows 11 22631.2199 also fixes some issues related to File Explorer, Taskbar, Input, Settings, and more.

It wasn't an error, it was done intentionally to avoid the bug. After the fixes it was restored
