Well. I just figure it out after post this. There is Surface Pro 7 drive for the surface pen. It is about 500mb, so it work out perfect for surface pro. Thank again.

You might need the updated version of Itunes.. if you have the newest then perhaps Contact Itunes people I suppose, Or go to google and look for answers from Apple. Also check you USB ports with usb sticks to be sure the usb ports work.
