Yes. It can be updated. The OS is essentially MS stock.
Only settings changed was performance settings (Max performance set), and adding full .Net 3.5 / 4.8 and legacy components via Programs & Features in Control Panel.

Anything can be changed to your liking in the OS.

A variety of issues can cause this error, from certain hardware issues to software issues like file corruption.
Since I don't know any specifics about your PC or how you prepared the iso for install, or how you intended to install it, I'll start with a possible corrupted download first.

To eliminate this as a cause, delete the .torrent file and the downloaded files you have completely. Close your torrent downloading app. Reboot your PC.
Come back here and re-download the .torrent file. Then open your app and re-download the iso. Don't interrupt the download. Once done, check it for errors by checking it's checksums.
You can use 7-Zip to do this. If they match, then the iso is good. Prep your install medium with the iso as you did before. Reboot your PC with medium still plugged in and perform a clean install, not an upgrade.

Images in my first post are from a clean install in a test VM. If you still have problems, then Google is your friend.

Fyi.. Your ratio is low. Please start seeding the long list of torrents you downloaded to increase it.

Thank you for the reply, I have already searched Google before I posed a problem and I installed Windows from the official site and it worked with me perfectly, but this version did not agree with my hardware Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.01 GHz 16.0 GB Ram...my ratio is low because I do not use torrent program a lot except when needed, I download it😓
