Just did a 'clean' install new OS Win 10 Garuda and all went well till I rebooted. Now I am stuck on the lock screen.
I get the 'ease of access' narrator and don't know how to proceed into windows.
Actually this has happened several times. Please help. What to do? Thank for assistance. :(
Try to force shut down. Then disconnect the power cord. Press the Start button a couple of times to clear all static power. Then reconnect the power cord and restart to see if Windows picks up from where it left off.

I only experienced similar when used Microsoft account. I use local account only. To enable MS account you need to do some tweaks. Maybe they change something meanwhile.
Alternative use local account to login

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"dontdisplaylastusername"=dword:00000000

I tried this - sorry - did not work for me.
Had to do a reinstall using a 'local' account as below.

Did a clean reinstall! Had to learn a few new 'tricks' to get around the MS account issue.
Used a local account and all is good! Thanks so much for this work around! Yay! :D
