Try to force shut down. Then disconnect the power cord. Press the Start button a couple of times to clear all static power. Then reconnect the power cord and restart to see if Windows picks up from where it left off.Just did a 'clean' install new OS Win 10 Garuda and all went well till I rebooted. Now I am stuck on the lock screen.
I get the 'ease of access' narrator and don't know how to proceed into windows.

Did a clean reinstall! Had to learn a few new 'tricks' to get around the MS account issue.I only experienced similar when used Microsoft account. I use local account only. To enable MS account you need to do some tweaks. Maybe they change something meanwhile.
