Windows Updates - Download/install manually - tool? / script?

Hello,
back in 2016 I downloaded a custom Windows 10 version from this site and it had some tool/program/script on the iso which allowed me to download the beta/stable/security updates as an exe or msi file and install with it all the wished updates manually even if I had windows update sevices disabled with regedit. The thing is that I don't have this iso file anymore and I can't remember who the owner of this OS was and also I can't remember the name of the OS

My question is if this thing still exist and if it exists than can you share me the link to it?
Google wasn't my friend this time and with the Search feature I only got results for Adguard

Can you help me?

That's exactly the same tool that I used.
I will add some tags in order to prevent people to ask the same question over and over again.

Now I also realized that this tool was probably opened in a portable browser which was hidden in some c:/Windows directory
