First, I recorded the windows image on a USB flash drive with rufus, then I formatted the c drive through the command line, cleaned it, then converted it to gpt and then I ran the windows installer from the flash drive as botable and gave setup or install, copied the files and the code just popped up error 0x something information and it still did not go, I do not know why, maybe I have it and others do not. Rather, I was doing everything right, maybe some error crept during the installation?

no need to run the windows installer its wrong, just plug in the usb, you have to make it from the bios to be the first option to boot, restart your pc and then wait for the installation of windows to begin..................

find startback in program files (86) and you can change it from there, as many other things using startback

check the image and go to appearance option from there you can choose anything you like, click apply and then OK.
you will find startback at this location:C:\Program Files (x86)\StartIsBack\StartIsBackCfg

That's what i was trying to install it on but comes up with
windows could not set the offline locale Error 0x80000001
half way through installing files.

Tried both English and Saudi (original) tired 3 times now. Still the same have no problems with other systems.

Saudi language is not included in this build, you did you manage to install it in this language?
the error you get it has to do something with the language, so set your language in your pc in english and install it choosing again the english language

yes and you can enable the updates from the settings buddy, haven't seen you for a while

That solution works for me thx!( Select english, install the OS and then change the language)

so I do everything and everything works ok for me on the PC, so it starts the system, but on the laptop nothing starts at all, it just starts the old system that I want to delete
