The only thing that can be is that you are doing something wrong or maybe your USB is corrupted or you downloading content is corrupted because of your internet connection interruption, etc.! Try with another USB! You give insufficient information!

keeps saying just a moment been 2.5 hours or more.....

So at this case i am created a local account and then logged on to the desktop page of Windows, otherwise under no circumstances was that page moving forward.

Why is this so what is the reason to be sir...?

Because this is a custom build and telemetry, biometry and no need MS crap is removed! Offline account only!
Install Windows and then login with Microsoft account if you insist!
