Maybe u placed the patcher in the wrong location

Ok, I found a solution to the problem I faced.

The patcher must be in the sub folder called 2.0.12.1450 not in Wondershare Filmora folder

@tonino0 suggest you add this into your description, it fixes the issues people complain about with regards to activating the Medicines.

make sure edit the extraction folder to C:\Users\%your pc name%\AppData\Local\Wondershare\Wondershare Filmora\12.0.12.1450
remove %your pc name% on what ever your pc name mine was Administrator
and mine goes like this

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Wondershare\Wondershare Filmora\12.0.12.1450
