not used this updated version but used older version/s and never had that issue,
maybe give and older version a try or check pc spec's or close some other services in task manager before converting.

Might be your settings?
Sort of made a statement - without any real info.
Try turning GPU acceleration ON - and only convert 1 video at a time.
And if the Auto settings don't work properly - manually set it to 29.97 fps or above!
