I don't understand how the system works in terms of "hit and runs".

I am seeding the torrent, it is obvious I do not do it 24 hours a day of the day since I don't have a seedbox.

Anyway, the warning continues to appear, it happened to me previously and I paid the penalty.

I even configured uTorrent to force the torrent to start [F] Share

ok simple , when, you download something from here that is NOT DIRECT ... then seed it for 1 month ... that is it .. that way youi will never get a " hit & run " .

Thanks @Charlie_Grimes , I already saw what the problem was, uTorrent is not executing at Windows startup and started seeding recently, now it took 3.51 hrs.
