Plz tell me whether i can easily open the files of microsoft office 2016 into Office 2007 and even 2003?
If not easily then what are the requirements and other necessary tools for this purpose?

huh , just install it
office wil be seperated office 2003 /2007 ect..
or you need to do a update from the version that you have now

@ikram62 Here you go to open office 2016 files in earlier version of office you'll need to install Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack.

No remedy is required.. A popup window will appear to configure.. Just configure it and the files prepared in 16, 13 automatically open in lower versions..

In my experience, 2010 has the best forward and backward compatibility. I've used both 2013 and 2016 for a solid 6 months each, both exhibit random errors when trying to open a 97-2003 office file for no good reason. At the same time, those exact same files work without a hitch on 2010. Out of all offices from 2003 to 2016, I have use all except 2007 and 365, all clean msft images(no modifications), receiving regular updates. 2010 has always been solid - no flaws as far as my workload was concerned(access, excel, powerpoint, publisher, word) WITH proofing tools.
Just download a 2010 pro plus sp1 image and use that. No need to keep the other versions installed.
Mine is by no means an expert opinion, but it is based on solid experience.

lol wel i stil use the office 2007 here, and it is stil working nice and smooth
so i stick with that version

I have also used 07, 10, 13, 16 but found 2010 better.. So rolled back to 10..

Use whichever office 2010 you like, just don't download a heavily modified one. Updates are enough.

Sorry.. Download all the versions, keep seeding and try all of them, figure out the adv and dis adv and post here..

Office 2016 is great! If for some reason excel sheets won't open in older versions of office simply save them to the appropriate XL files...new ones are xlsx...older ones are xls and so on. So depending on what you want to share with people with older Office they may not work for them.

The only way you can open these type of files is to save them in Word 97 - 2003 Document format.
That way it takes out all the extra formatting and settings from the version of Word it was originally saved in.

if you don't use any "special" formatting stuff, especially in Excel or Access - older versions should be able to open new format (office 2003 and 2007 didn't use docx format.... so you should use "save as" and choose older version in order to compatible with older versions.)
