I uninstalled all the programs
the dos window appears after about 5 minutes that I started it and not every day, very randomly, until ten days ago it appeared every morning

No matter if you have uninstalled the programs the changes has been done.
As I said, no one could know what you have done.

Tomorrow I will reinstall this OS for the third time, but I am sure that the programs I installed did not influence the automatic opening of this DOS window...

As I have said, I don't know what changes you have done with this program.
You are the only one who knows what you have done.
You shouldn't have used 4 programs to make changes at your system.
One is enough and always make a backup at your system.

Better to re-install windows again but this time be careful.

Does the program has a restore point?
If yes, you know what to do or just try.

I'm following this post and I'm wondering if it might be related to a driver. To be continued in the driver manager and if this is the case, perhaps use Drivers save 4.10 before installing the OS then complete a lack of drivers and only then do an update...

I find it a little curious that over 2600 users didn't have much of a problem installing this and setting their own user / pass and only you asking for user / pass on startup.

I am one 2601 users... have same problem... os ask's for user and passwd... perhaps i am using a laptop I3 the first model... some oldie.. I tried to install os in a partition and in a full hd, same result.. perhaps is the pendrive, perhaps is rufus... who knows... I just wanted to share my esperience...

Just setup your username and skip the password if you don't want to apply one.
In case that doesn't work.................
Just remove/delete autounattend.xml inside the iso and try again.
It will work.

Did you have setup a password at your bios, in a previous installation?

Fyi to all... When you encounter the part in oobe setup to enter a user / pass and you click the button on the lower right to advance, please be patient and wait for it to advance to the Desktop.
For some, it could take a few minutes before the Desktop shows. But it does work. If it doesn't, then follow @Jerry_Xristos instructions above.

1. When you get to that point in setup, enter whatever user / pass you want to use. There's no special user / pass needed to login.
2. Click the button on the bottom right.
3. Be patient. Depending on your PC, it could take a few minutes or more to go to the Desktop.
4. If all else fails, follow along here:
