I have the same problem as Name21 with rufus .

But with etcher , i have the message : Missing partition table .

Is there something I missed ?

This one is Extra Lite, if you keep WU the size won't be so small.

I've seen and still use 1.2 GB ISO size 2.5 GB installed windows 11 builds multi language from teamos, currently using 22621-1928, not sure why it is difficult now to build small size multi language windows? probably more than half the users need the multi language builds, please build a small size multi language from those new shiny 22631 not necessarly for gamers but for those who want ultralite small size for old PCs for basic use, Thank you.

from portalOS to now this message is normal ,when i install i had the same detail . But nothing to worry ,when I click ok and let them run again everything is fine !

Is your HDD partioned?
In case it is you have to merge it or format the partitions.

Don't know why this is happening but it does happens in old pc's and mostly in laptops.

im sure it is something with USB driver...not sure what and why...but im glad u found workaround...

I just reinstalled this version and can give accurate figures:

22621.1928 ISO size: 1.48GB multi language enabled (the ISO size is not really important, what is important is the installation size).

Installed as (win to go) on SD card and used LZX WofCompress to cmpress the installation to 1.95GB

booted windows and instllation was complete then I installed the second language and did the compression again for the new files so the final fresh installation with the second language is 2.24GB

I then installed the display, audio … etc drivers and did the compression again for the new files so windows size is 2.50GB with the drivers and the second language.

That is amazing, I hope someone can build any version from 22631 as small as this.

Have you tried it with Rufus? Tried with a different USB?
