Going to try this OS now to see if it really kicks ass or not.

First there was problem with ESD version so I had to make another bootable usb with wim version. Startallback license is also expired and there are no extra themes or wallpapers as shown in the thread. Windows is running smooth though.

Its all there, don't know what you have done.
More than 303 have downloaded and no one have complained for that, you are the only one so far.

It is there but it is not showing in settings.
Its okay though, not a big problem for me.

Okay I can see them in classic personalization , but not in normal personalization. I will use themes from classic personalization.
