the build isnt 2016 it is actually 16.0.10730.20102 and version 2019

about office turned to 2016, that because of using wrong Medicines, makes office 2019 think you have put 2016 key.

I too have this issue when i activate it with other, still experimenting until someone or I could find the right one .

Thanks, I found the reason and I successfully installed the office 2019 via another activation tool.
