Run a KMS Cleaner first, then convert RETAIL to VL and try to activate again.

I can't activate it.
I converted it from Retail to VL several times, then tried to activate it with Office C2R and with also KMSAuto Lite, still no success.
Also tried to clean everything with KMS Cleaner and it says that it's unable to find any certificate.
Has anyone managed to activate it?

Couldn't find yet.. but there is always hope, still 2016 key going good on 2019, shows most of the features and the new black skin.

Thanks, I found the reason and I successfully installed the office 2019 via another activation tool.

disable your defender / antivirus 1st then use kms services without disable it will not going to activate your office 19

I disabled AV so no worries,

and thanks for pointing the Medicines, I was using the wrong one.
