just go to "Settings" then "Personalization" check left side panel for "Themes" (all themes in system will show up, here just tap on the theme u like (it ll be applied directly).

I Tried your Both Version Optimum V3 and V4 ..... As I Appreciate your work for optimum V3 because that was working Flawlessly without any glitches .......except net frame work 3.5....
but @Sunehildeep In Optimum V4 i found many glitches, its a kind a slow not smooth Like V3, I Dun Know The reason behind that, I Clean install V4 two times but Result was same...
V3 Was far better then this V4 .....
i hope You will get my Point, Its a Just Simple Request Kindly Share Some Stuff like Optimum V3 Smooth, Stable and with Good Performance benchmarks

Every OS has its own benefits bro, different releases, different things. This build number is 356, v3 was old build and yes you're right that the old build is smooth. Microsoft is to be blamed here bro

Go to accounts then go to other users then select add someone, click users tab in new window opened, right click administrator account and click set password
