Power10 breaks you free of that feeling by powering 5 things to your computer, hence the name, Power10.
The 5 things it powers are: Privacy, Control, Freedom, Productivity, and Performance.
Below are more detailed information on how Power10 does just that.

Powering Privacy
Power10 uses a custom O&O ShutUp10 Configuration that disables all ads, telemetry, and other privacy invading features without making your computer feel limited.
Power10 is pre-activated using KMSPico which connects to an offline KMS Server Emulator instead of Microsoft's Activation Server.

Powering Control
Power10 comes pre-installed with Winaero Tweaker, which is a free program that allows users to change settings that aren't usually shown in PC Settings or Control Panel.
Power10 comes pre-installed with a licensed AOMEI Partition Assistant, giving users full control over their drives.
Power10 comes pre-installed with a licensed PowerISO, giving users full control over their disks.

Powering Freedom
Power10's theme engine is pre-patched, giving users the freedom to download any theme from the internet without having to download a theme patcher.
Power10 disables Windows Update, giving users the freedom to use their computers without having to worry about any update.
Power10 disables Windows Defender, giving users the freedom to open whatever program they want, without having to worry about false-positives.

Powering Productivity
Power10 comes pre-installed with Microsoft PowerToys, which is a free program that adds many useful tools that can increase productivity.
Power10 comes pre-installed with 7-Zip, which allows users to handle archive files just after
Power10 comes pre-installed with a licensed StartIsBack, which is a paid program that replaces the intrusive Windows 10 start menu with the more classic Windows 7 start menu.
Power10 comes pre-installed with a licensed AOMEI Backupper which is helpful for making backups of important files.
Power10 comes pre-installed with RocketDock, which gives you shortcuts to your personal folders, for you to access them without opening the start menu or opening File Explorer and navigating to the folder.

Powering Performance
Power10 uses a modified version of Windows 10's "Ultimate Performance" power plan made specifically for Power10.
Power10 uses settings and registry hacks that can improve performance for productivity and gaming.
Power10 removes uncommonly used UWP apps that uses resources in the background.
Power10 comes pre-installed with Opera GX which is a variant of Opera that uses less resources.
Power10 comes pre-installed with a licensed Internet Download Manager which increases download performance.

Are you bored of the default Windows 10 theme? Power10 comes with a custom visual style made by niivu.
Are you bored of the default Windows 10 sounds? Power10 comes with a custom sound scheme made by WindowsAesthetics.

i got this trying downloading

you need to upload it also to another host use also mega / anonfiles
then you are fine and all the members can grab your uploads

i have send you a pm with a copy from the rules about uploading

nice to hear more links are available.
Mine is d/l from OP's Google Drive link, after numerous trials and waits.
It is installed ok except lengthy "getting Power 10 ready"--my case=34 minutes.
W/U is disabled, it might be a fair tradeoff with stability. I will let it run for few days.
BTW, I like what I have seen so far. Cheers.

my copy is win10 22H2 19045.2006

after few days running, my conclusion of this build: A KEEPER.
what I have done: replaced several preinstalled apps with my own favorites. To fortify its defense w/o WD, VooDoo Shield is added.
