Microsoft gathers telemetry from OSes it still supports. Support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020.
Windows Vista Re-Imagined is a Windows 7 mod modified to look more like what would happen if Windows Vista looked more like Windows Longhorn.
It also disables certain features from Windows 7 that are known to have security vulnerabilities.

Bugs:
Server execution failed on .mp4 files. Can be worked around by opening Windows Media Player and dragging the .mp4 file into the player, or opening it with Media Player Classic.

Notice:
Certain files in the ISO may trigger false-positives probably because they're not digitally signed. More details can be found on the VirusTotal result.
You cannot upgrade from your current version of Windows to this OS. Running "setup.exe" will display a notice telling you to boot from the disk.
The OS has been tested on real hardware. Basic drivers and features are working fine even on a low-end PC.

Your virus total result is only from the setup.exe which contains 22/70 malicious files........................what about the rest of the iso files???
Mount the iso and scan it with your AV and then upload the image to lookimg
Until then thread is closed.
Contact any of the stuff to unlock it when you are ready.

out of curiosity, and after numerous d/l attempts, I have a bootable USB made. However---
A huge hiccup followed. PC would not commence installation due to Security Violation.
This is the first time I have ever encountered such a strange occurrence.
Can some one or OP advise ? Trying to cheer.

I have never encountered that error before. When I saw this, I did some research and I found a possible cause and its possible solution.
Possible Cause: Secure Boot is enabled, Windows 7 does not support Secure Boot.
Possible Solution: Disable Secure Boot
