You should have tested your basic interface drivers before you install all of your software "like audio, graphics, ethernet, wifi, etc. .." and not the other way around. It is not clear what do you mean by "half succeeded to enable it", but if your problem is solved then this thread shall be concluded and closed as completed by an Admin. I am unable to understand you mate. Looks like you haven't read the above answers. This issue is all about not working wifi in windows 10 1903. I am waiting for @Cyler answer. I think he is reaching to the problem. Thanx anyway

Because of wifi issue i have wasted 2 whole days on it. And I half succeeded to enable it.
