Depending your system and what you have installed.
The main difference with other versions of windows, is that is bloatware free and not so often updates like pro and home versions

images are working fine. do a force reload on your browser or clear your browsers cache.

Oh Yeah, now all works fine on my laptop with Windows 10, previously I used my old Pc with firefox 52.9 (the last version for XP) and no pictures was displayed.

Me again. Well, after installing and change language pack to Spanish, I see there are lot of chains that remain in English which is confuse (and ugly).
Please, if someone knows how to change language base on image and tell me, I would appreciate.

For chains I mean language traces (text chains), for example, in login screen day and format appear in en_US. When shutting down or Updating, also appear in en_US.
Yes, I've downloaded pack from settings (Settings > Time & Language > Language).

After digging around this problem, I think this steps could help:

To change the language of welcome screen and New User Account, please follow the steps below:
Press Windows key+X, then select Control Panel.

• Click Language. Note: View by should be Small icon.
• Click Advance settings in the left pane.
• Under Override for Windows display language, click Apply language settings to the Welcome screen, system accounts, and new user accounts.
• On the Administrative tab, under Welcome screen and new user accounts, click the Copy settings button.
• Check Welcome screen and system accounts and New user accounts.
• Click OK.
• Click OK again.
• Reboot your computer.

Note: You should see the new default language globally set through the operating system.
