I was able to activate this OS using the Medicines from another thread and that worked right away without difficulties..
I will have to install all my other software now and check for any issues..

Yes good luck with that, remember this is custom OS so beware of failure if you are new to lite builds, remember search for fault on google.

Really simple solutions can be found with few simple clicks.

I just came across a boot loop problem that needed WinRE to be solved, that's when i realised it was removed, why? Is there a way to get it back? Or is there an alternative to it in such case?

The only solution is activating Turn windows features on or off
But is missing

That's your problem. Other people have reported torrent problems with Brave. Use Firefox or Chrome and you won't have any problems with torrents.
