was able to finally solve this...Bluetooth works now...
Only the Medicines is not..ty

The only problem I get is the new icons confuse me a bit Is there any way to change the icons back to default Win10 or even add a custom icon pack?

For custom icon pack search for "7tsp icon packs"
Download the icon pack you want and install it

this is Great windows for a light old games/emulator PC,but people if you plan to play latest xbox gamepass/COD/battlefield etc games just stay away... you dont know when they will break down by requiring certain update or service that doesnt work. edit: for example my XBOX app doesnt want to login,thus i cant play any gamepass games.

How do I enable windows update for installing driver and other stuff,
In the description it also says "You will need to ENABLE the Windows Update Service if you want to install additional language packs, install apps from the MS Store, or to let Windows automatically download and install drivers. It is disabled by default, but there is a shortcut to enable it in the start menu (in the 'tools' folder).", The shortcuts in the tool folders for enabling and disabling windows updates are not working @FBConan! and @Hiddenbars
