Update: tried to install this using a Sandisk u10 32GB SD card for a change, on one of our old laptops which at first we forgot to set the boot device priority, changed it obviously, then install proceeded to setup/ install screen and stayed there for about 15 minutes at 23% then for some reason, continued and installed. We had compatible network and system drivers which installed also. Haven't tested past the install, but will and let you know.

no you can't. not an updateable build. the only reason I have windows update included is for store functionality, but removing winsxs breaks adding windows features, so the build will stay how it is made, which for me is great, I like a stable lite windows that doesn't become bloated with updates and unwanted downloads.

i want to enable NET framework 3.5 becuase some apps or programe ask to must enable NET framework 3.5 to setup that app or programe like setup my nvidia driver card
Can I install the programs that require NET framework 3.5 without problems?

The installation worked with Rufus 3.13.1730 and VirtualBox 6.1.

After installation, make a full copy of the win_1.vhd virtual disk to an external hard disk (USB HDD) with AOMEI, or Paragon, or Ghost, etc.
Then install the hard drive into another 64-bit computer and boot. Unfortunately, it can only work on a UEFI/GPT-capable computer.
That's why it's useless to me.

Nope if .net needed by a program it needed you can't bypass it ...

And just so everyone is aware, this build is listed as MPB (My Personal Build) Right in the title for a reason, I'm not looking to change it, this is what works best for what I want my windows to do for me. I am gladly sharing it with the community, because though my requirements of windows are certainly unique, I am hoping that there are others out there that have been searching for a windows build like this, to suit their needs as well.
