No Sir, This is @GENERATION² Build Can't Say It's Untouched, But It's the closest Build To Those You Get From Microsoft Site, In My Opinion It's Better, It's the best ever ☑️
You Can Edit it I Think There Are Many Tools To Do That Purpose

what Generaion 2 does with their builds is that its activated, skipped microsoft account setup, integrated Framework 3.5 and latest security updates, besides this its untouched (if we can named like this)
