Activation is done for windows and office. I want to disable/remove the right click menu option.

How That Happened ? , Are You Sure That you First Time Set up that OS

Yes just now its a fresh install. When i connected to internet, both windows & office activated automatically (as always) but then i saw this option in desktop right click menu and i thought it will disappear after reboot but it didn't. I clicked this option and it activated again but the option is still there. It doesn't disappear.

The were some builds in which Gen2 was putting this option in right click menu
Just use wintweak aero to remove it or right click enhancer
The other way is going throw the registry but you must know what to do
