its easy just download any torrent downloader like qbittorrent, utorrent etc same like any download manager like idm
then they click on magnet or torrent file open it it will ask for location and show file click on download thats it.

it will start to download
after download open the location and enjoy

Everything is very simple and I don't understand what confuses you,this is torrent file if you wish to fownload torrent file you need torrent client to do that,find and install some torrent client and that is all......And no you dont have direct link to download this, only torrent
