Put iso on usb drive using Rufus or Power iso..

did rufus, my desktop fails to boot from USB. it only works to install windows directly (no windows install option at restart)

If rufus fails Try Power ISO.. I been hearing about rufus problems.. Remember to set bios to boot from usb too..

Also set rufus to MBR and Fat32.. It never fails for me...

Thanks @Mirkec, with an OS like this my ratio goes downhill
BTW, any Win x64, the last PRIMAL has the pain that after installation after one or two restarts turn off the Internet, whether it's Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
And that's only 64-bit Windows; all the other win 7, 8, Xp work flawlessly for days with that same router on the other 2 computers. Do you have any idea?

I've not tried this yet, but my old computer I had similar issues with a version of windows the best advice I was given was your computers to old for this version buy a new pc I'm stubborn as I've had it working but to cut it short I bought a new network card off amazon £15 and fitted it the computer still runs w10 latest version with no issues and its around 14+ years old, have you tried updating the drivers I know stupid question hope it helps

I had the same issue on another computer I hade to make changes in the bios for the boot order before it would install from USB once windows installed I changed the settings back. I hope that's of some help
