edit: display settings don't open for me, just crashes the settings app

I have these:
setting>system>crashed, including display

Download DISM++ and all DISABLED services switch to MANUAL. Restart machine. All works fine here (see image below).
After that I disabled all relevant services again and display settings worked fine. No crached

I suppose glitch on M$ side. There is some online info about this version of LTSC and relevant issues!

Soooo action center isnt even notifying any notifications to me . How to fix?

You need to delete or change registry values of two entries to 0 (see image below). Notification from Discord and other apps works fine here...

This version is very light, only about 50 running processes. Boot a little slower and use about 50MB more RAM than the Singularity LTSC version
A few annoyances to keep in mind:
- It shows No internet although browsers work fine
- No clipboard snipping with Win+Shift+S
- No clipboard history
- No emoji input

Regarding the RAM usage i cannot do anything about it. Singularity is based on 1809 while this on is based on 21H1. Each new Windows version is more bloated and have more working services in the background.
Internet connection in icon tray bar works fine here (see first image above).
Not 100% sure but regarding clipboard, emoji,... It has been changed already on build 2004! There is conversation on this topic in one of my threads (maybe Apex, I do not know). More on web...

Yes, Mirkec is right, I have encountered the same issue and followed his instructions and solve it.
Because I am not such an expert, the only tiresome part was keeping a record of services I switched to manual, so I can disable them again after restarting the computer.
It worked and the system is great, thanks again Mirkec!

Well, ill make an Image of the OS and then try to upgrade - if it does not work, will restore the image back to 1809 LTSC vanilla. Thanks
