It should work but my suggestion is always do a clean installation!

Well, ill make an Image of the OS and then try to upgrade - if it does not work, will restore the image back to 1809 LTSC vanilla. Thanks

Just a simple update - on the PC the upgrade was flawless - on the Notebook I had some fatal error and the upgrade didn't want to start - I guess the ISO was corrupted on my Zalman USB-HDD Drive.
I have copied it once again over the NAS, and it worked just fine.

I have some issues with my Zalman HDD Enclosure (the one which can boot any ISO files as virtual CD), but I will find a solution for that.
