Windows virus

I just opened my laptop and as you can see this random article's heading popped out of nowhere and the funny part is I hadn't moved my mouse yet I saw this article's heading and this happened with me on previous Windows as well. At first, I thought it was just a virus so I changed windows and yeah it's still happening. Please someone help me I need to know why this is happening and how I can move forward. I have a lot of important files on my laptop so please

I downloaded it from here I can provide you with that link and no I haven't looked it up on google yet but this is the one I'm currently using This One

Have you run an AV scan?
Use malwarebytes free edition and check again if this window appears again.
Probably its something you have downloaded.
Are you using any extension at your browser?

Yes I've run an AV scan and it came out completely normal with zero viruses. Will use Malwarebytes next time but I want to know if this is happening as it happened with the last windows I used and yeah I'm using a lot of extensions

Probably its one of the extension you are using.
Disable them and run one each time to see which one pops up this window

Its an untouched build the one he uses, this has nothing to do with the build uploaded from here.
Its something he has installed.

I'll start disabling the ones I don't use anymore and keep it going to see what happens later also thanks man at least I got something from here

yes use 1 background picture and stop the cool wallpapers because that virus is in there ..
and it is NOT actually a virus because your anti virus can't find or see this one ...
it is a program that show this picture that is in that cool wallpaper setup ...

Brother I haven't installed any kind of medical apps or even visited medical websites or anything related to the war going on and yeah man this

is from the last Windows which I had to change because of this and yeah right after it shows the first article, Windows randomly restarts explorer out of nowhere

OKay but can you tell me some specific reasons cause man I use Portmaster to block off any extra connections to the internet, don't use any Medicines software except the yk preactivated windows from here, and use a couple of extensions for web dev and all and that's it

That's what I did for the last two weeks. Been changing windows, erasing drives until I saw the heading again

this have nothing to do with your windows ..
this have to do from where you get your wall paper pictures ...
there is that program and now you have this in your windows ...
wat you can do is reinstall your window version from start like our SA say ...
reinstall it from scrap ... and do not install that wall paper program because then you will have it again ...
that scam program is on the server from where you get your wall papers...
simple as that

but before you do that ... wat happen when you delete that wallpaper program ...
is then your windows normal or not ??
otherwise you need to format c:// and reinstall windows

ok now you know wat you need to do ...
tell US here when you have done it and if it is cleaned ...
if not i will help you further ...
