A request:

If it is not too much trouble, can you leave all components intact instead of stripping them out? And Add MS Office Pro Plus 2019?

It happens often that you need an app or application, and it has been removed or its dependencies are removed.

A version with all these add-ons, tweaks and other amazing stuff, with additional productivity apps, would make this release an all-rounder OS.

Currently using Interstellar 10 for about 3 months steady, and VERY tempted to install this, but the 'Removed Apps' list is holding me back.

Try to install one of Rain's build then! He already built more similar to your request or choose one of Gen2's builds posted by CzechShark. He does the same...
I am testing this build. Everything works fine for now and no one of 200+ downloaders did not report anything! ... or try Windows Pure 10.
