Yes, I forgot to change registry entries... My bad but easy to fix...
1. Open registry and browse to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\runas\command];
2. Double click on Default and add "++" after "notepad"; It should look as: "notepad++.exe %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"

Hey quick question, is there a reason that these have been disabled?

• Meltdown protection disabled;
• Spectre protection is disabled;

As mentioned befpore this is a frikken awesome release however, I am unable to share any drives or folders aside from the default sharing options so nothing can be accessed file wise aside from the pubic folders.

First, two updates in the main thread (2019-10) I updated manually so yes it is updatable! But I cannot guarantee for further updates if Microsoft decided again to change the update mechanism. Also, Big Brother updates can reverse back some Microsoft high sugar sweets...

It consumes memory and it is not necessary. There are a lot of Apache's threads here on the forum about these two...
It can be enabled easily via registry if you want. Find on google...

but I found it's not on the windows version desktop from Winaero Tweaker says "Windows 10 Pro Build 18362.19h1_release.190318-1202"
and on the dxdiag.exe says "Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363)
so Sir what is this windows 10 pro version and the build of it?

You have a thread here on the forum about differences between 1903 and 1909. The build is as written in the main thread and xdiag.exe says (it says correct 1909-18363, while 1903 is 18362), see images check registry...
Your post is invisible on a white background. Change the color of your replies...
