downloaded this. how do I run it (newbie question). Do i need something like rufus?

when I try to run setup.exe it states "Windows could not determine the language to use for Setup"

Use Rufus or Ventoy, PowerIso

Can I just run "setup.exe"? - but problem when I do this is "Windows could not determine the language to use for Setup"

Also, I'm assuming this does not require TPM 2.0?

Yes you have to make a bootable usb

There is not need to modify windows, I just had collect all of these programs in case someone wants to go a step further.
These programs are well known and safe to use them.
If you are not familiar with these programs don't use them, just delete them and go on.

I've been testing this build for a month and a half since I released it here.
Installed very easily following the description by Mr. Jerry Xristos and worked great for this period of time. Great compilation!

Just don't insert a password and continue

As you see I didn't insert a pw, but it's still stuck. How long should this screen take? I force shut off pc at 5 min

Try to re-install it, don't know why this have happened to you, no one has complained for such a thing

I just want to confirm, the "pre-configuration (custom)..." screen should NOT take long, like seconds, right?
