Have you tried after you have merged your HDD?

well in the other partion i have all my games and apps and its olmost 800gb, i dont want to redownload but if thats the problem then i will skip this version for now. P.S. i will still keep it at seed for others to downloand.

I ran into this with a few of these stripped down windows 11 builds lately, was driving me crazy till I figured out it only happens when booting my usb from front panel of my case. Plugged my flash drive into the backk and everything worked fine, no idea why never had this problem with the front usb till recently with the extreme cut down windows 11 versions. Thought might be worth mentioning to try different usb ports.

Did you make a bootable usb with rufus?
Change usb port also.

Yes, latest Rufus. tried 3 USB ports and on a different laptop -same. Did torrent recheck ... Very strange...

Run a sfc/scannow restart your pc and check if the problem has been fixed.

Have you choosen the MBR option in rufus?
Have you tried Ventoy or Power ISO?

Your Ratio is 0.4 0.40 you should be able to download Torrents. There are many seeders and you should be able to download it.
