After so many hours we have put on this project and people coming over here and thinking they are NOT doing anything wrong and just complains, what it this? Just read for the love of god. Rest my case.

Last report before removing this distro.

Fresh install from USB stick :

System untouched in any way (no language, no software etc). First launch and first desktop screen.

MPC installed (latest from lrepacks), played a MP3. The sound slider (and volume) doesn't remember its position and revert back to 100% each time I launch MPC again. Restarting OS : same result.

Fresh drivers installed and 100% verified :
With Driver Booster V9 RC.

High definition audio device (Video DP) :
Played a MP3 with MPC. The sound slider (and volume) doesn't remember its position and revert back to 100% each time I launch MPC again.
Onboard Realtek audio device :
Played a MP3 with MPC. The sound slider (and volume) doesn't remember its position and revert back to 100% each time I launch MPC again.
Bluetooth audio device 4.0 (TP-Link) :
Played a MP3 with MPC. The sound slider (and volume) doesn't remember its position and revert back to 100% each time I launch MPC again.

Last issue ; even the system sound slider (and volume) doesn't remember its position and revert back to 100% each time I recall the audio mixer. Same problem from audio settings panel (volume of devices and applications)

This issue doesn't exist on MS release. So me think that an important audio feature have been removed.

My hardware :

Asus ROG STRIX Z370-H GAMING, Intel Core i9 9900Kf, 32 GB RAM.

Can you try VLC player and see if the issue is solved
Personally never liked MPC always had issues with codecs

But my download is missing the $OEM$ folder, which i believe is the reason why im stuck in the driver installation right after booting with the USB.
Did already everything mentioned in the troublehooting, except original OS with your folders, since the $OEM$ is missing. Already redownloaded it 2 times, no luck.
What am i doing wrong?

Disable your AV during downloading procedure it sees the Medicines or something else included in the OEM folder as a virus

Actually i did that, but it looks like i didnt shut it off completly. Will try again

You have disable it entirely but you have to re-download the torrent file.
Or try to restore the OEM in case it is not deleted

There is no OEM folder in ISO file, you have to make the install.esd to .wim so you can access them through that.

Go to settings>personalization>theme and choose the default (windows)

You have to remove the specific theme from resources folder, restart your pc and choose the default windows theme as I said

Call me a moron but the Medicines got deleted by system when opening it. I tried recovery wizard no luck. How to I retrieve the Medicines for this awesome build?

If your anti virus has deleted it you can usually tell it to restore the Medicines from quarantine if not get one from here...
